{"id":11328,"date":"2022-05-09T11:52:25","date_gmt":"2022-05-09T08:52:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.automotive-today.ro\/?p=11328"},"modified":"2022-05-09T11:52:27","modified_gmt":"2022-05-09T08:52:27","slug":"ford-reveals-all-electric-e-transit-custom","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.automotive-today.ro\/index.php\/2022\/05\/09\/ford-reveals-all-electric-e-transit-custom\/","title":{"rendered":"Ford reveals all-electric E-Transit Custom"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ford today took another step in its electrification transformation as Ford Pro revealed first details of the new all-electric E-Transit Custom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E-Transit Custom\u2019s all-electric architecture helps to deliver a targeted driving range of up to 380 km and DC fast-charging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis is a watershed moment for commercial vehicle operators in Europe, and another hugely significant realisation of our Ford Pro ambitions,\u201d said Hans Schep, general manager, Ford Pro, Europe. \u201cEurope\u2019s best-selling van just went all-electric and \u2013 supported by our unique Ford Pro one-stop-shop of productivity-boosting services \u2013 the operating benefits this will bring to business across Europe cannot be overstated.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Earlier this year Ford announced that by 2024, four further new all-electric vehicles will join the E-Transit two-tonne van as part of the iconic Transit family, including the Transit Custom and Transit Courier vans, as well as Tourneo Custom and Tourneo Courier people movers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The all-electric E-Transit Custom will enter production in the second half of 2023 \u2013 part of the most extensive Transit Custom range ever offered to European customers.
