MOTHERSON is a diversified manufacturing specialist and one of the world\u2019s leading automotive Group. The transaction would complement its Modules and Polymer Products portfolio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This transaction contributes to FORVIA\u2019s \u20ac1bn asset disposal program by the end of 2023.
