Ford Otosan announced that, as of June 1st, Firat Elh\u00fcseyni will be appointed as President and Director of Ford Otosan Craiova. He will replace M\u00fcjdat Tiryaki, who will take on new responsibilities at the company’s headquarters in Turkey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Elh\u00fcseyni started his career at Ford Otosan as a process engineer in the Body Section of the Ford Otosan G\u00f6lc\u00fck plant in April 2002. During his 22-year career, he spent 6 years in China, Vietnam and Russia and worked also at plants in Kocaeli and Eski\u015fehir in Turkey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
From October 2018 to April 2022, he served as the Operations Leader of the Engine Production Section at the Eski\u015fehir plant. In April 2022, he became the director of the Eski\u015fehir factory, overseeing the production of trucks and engines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Firat Elh\u00fcseyni will be responsible for overseeing all vehicle operations and engine production at the Craiova plant, which plays a key role in Ford Otosan’s electrification plans with future electric vehicle launches, the E-Transit Courier, E-Tourneo Courier and the Puma Gen-E model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
