{"id":15262,"date":"2025-01-08T10:39:54","date_gmt":"2025-01-08T08:39:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.automotive-today.ro\/?p=15262"},"modified":"2025-01-08T10:40:11","modified_gmt":"2025-01-08T08:40:11","slug":"stellantis-joins-forces-with-dspace-to-accelerate-cloud-based-development-of-vehicles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.automotive-today.ro\/index.php\/2025\/01\/08\/stellantis-joins-forces-with-dspace-to-accelerate-cloud-based-development-of-vehicles\/","title":{"rendered":"Stellantis joins forces with dSPACE to accelerate cloud-based development of vehicles"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Stellantis, one of the world\u2019s leading automakers, and dSPACE, a leader in simulation and validation solutions, announced they have signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) aimed at accelerating the cloud-based development of Stellantis vehicles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The collaboration will integrate dSPACE\u2019s VEOS platform for Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) testing into the&nbsp;Stellantis Virtual Engineering Workbenc<a href=\"http:\/\/www.stellantis.com\/en\/news\/press-releases\/2022\/january\/amazon-stellantis-collaborate-on-software-solutions\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">h<\/a>&nbsp;(VEW), enabling faster, scalable development of customer-focused features.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Stellantis software strategy is built on three AI-powered technology platforms \u2013 STLA Brain, STLA SmartCockpit and STLA AutoDrive, which will debut on select vehicles in 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe integration of dSPACE tools into our Virtual Engineering Workbench will allow us to deliver innovative features faster, meeting customer expectations and enhancing their driving experience,\u201d said Yves Bonnefont, Stellantis Chief Software Officer. \u201cThis collaboration is pivotal in realizing our vision for intelligent, connected vehicles and providing customers with continuous improvements via over-the-air updates.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe use of our products on the new Stellantis technology platforms enables us to gather direct customer input and feedback.
