BNP Paribas, Cr\u00e9dit Agricole CIB, CIC, Helaba, ING and Mizuho and acted as Joint Active Bookrunners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The net proceeds of the transaction will be used for financing projects and investments linked to the portfolio of technologies that contribute to low-carbon mobility, in particular vehicle electrification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The green bonds are issued under Valeo\u2019s Green and Sustainability-linked Financing framework,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>established in July 2021 and updated in September 2023, available on Valeo\u2019s website in the \u201cDebt and rating\u201d section. A fifth supplement to the base prospectus dated 3 July 2024 was approved by the AMF on 7 May 2025 under number 25-147.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By 2050, Valeo aims to achieve Net Zero, covering all its operating activities and its supply chain worldwide and its entire value chain in.
