The placement was several times oversubscribed and consists of three tranches with different maturities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The transaction enables Infineon to refinance upcoming maturities in fiscal year 2026. It will also help to refinance the EUR bank loans assumed in the context of the acquisition of Marvell\u2019s Automotive Ethernet business and to finance the planned acquisition of ams OSRAM\u2019s non-optical analog\/mixed-signal sensor portfolio.<br><br>&#8220;We are pleased with the successful transaction, which demonstrates the capital markets\u2019 confidence in Infineon and our profitable growth trajectory.
