Bosch and Tata AutoComp Systems Limited plan to hold equal shares in the joint venture, which aims to start its operations by mid-2026, subject to receiving all regulatory approvals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For us, electromobility is a key area for the future, and we are consistently investing in the entire value chain \u2013 from semiconductors to complete eAxle systems,\u201d – says Markus Heyn, member of the board of management of Robert Bosch GmbH and chairman of Bosch Mobility.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The planned joint venture will focus on engineering, manufacturing, and sales of eAxle systems and electric motors in India. With a registered office in Pune, this joint venture aims to accelerate the adoption of sustainable and forward-looking technologies, thereby expanding the regional footprint for both companies in the e-mobility space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Bosch has invested more than 6 billion euros globally in e-mobility.
