PPC Blue Romania, part of the PPC group in Romania, has brought into service the 7 ultra-fast charging stations for electric vehicles installed on the premises of Henri Coand\u0103 International Airport, Bucharest. The stations, with a power of 200 kW each, were installed after the company won the tender organized by the National Company Bucharest Airports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Thus, PPC blue has installed in the North parking area of Henri Coand\u0103 International Airport a modern infrastructure, made up of 7 charging stations of 200 kW each, serving a total of 14 charging points. The total installed power is 1.4 MW, ensuring reduced charging times and a high capacity to serve users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The contract, awarded following the tender carried out through the Romanian Commodities Exchange on 18 March 2026, has a duration of five years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Through this project, PPC blue is expanding its network \u2013 one of the largest in Romania \u2013 and brings state-of-the-art technology to Otopeni Airport, designed to meet the growing demand for electric mobility solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In Romania, PPC blue currently operates more than 1,400 charging points across all the country\u2019s counties, an increase of approximately 27% compared with the end of last year, with a total installed power of over 46 MW, thereby consolidating its position as one of the largest charging infrastructure operators in Romania.
