MOOV Leasing announces the signing of a new syndicated credit facility worth 187 million euro, one of the most significant syndicated financings granted to an entrepreneurial company in Romania’s operational leasing sector. The new facility will support the company’s next stage of development, expanding access to operational leasing for SMEs and launching products dedicated to individual customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The facility refinances the 110 million euro syndicated loan contracted by the company last year and increases MOOV’s financing capacity by more than 70%. This development confirms the banks’ confidence in the company’s business model, operational performance, and the outlook for Romania’s mobility market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The transaction was coordinated by UniCredit Bank, Banca Transilvania and Raiffeisen Bank, acting as Global Coordinators, Mandated Lead Arrangers (MLAs) and Co-Documentation Agents alongside ING Bank N.V. Amsterdam \u2013 Bucharest Branch\u00a0and\u00a0Exim Banca Rom\u00e2neasc\u0103, acting as Mandated Lead Arrangers. As part of the transaction, UniCredit SpA also acted as ESG Coordinator, Banca Transilvania as Facility Agent, and Raiffeisen Bank as Security Agent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sustain LCM Finance, founded by Gra\u021bia Annamaria Popescu, assisted MOOV in structuring and coordinating this syndicated financing, which also includes a sustainability-linked feature (SLL), providing specialized debt syndication advisory services throughout the entire syndication process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The facility is structured as a Sustainability-Linked Loan (SLL), a mechanism through which certain financing terms are linked to the achievement of environmental and social sustainability targets undertaken by the company. This structure reflects MOOV’s commitment to integrating ESG principles into its business development and to building a responsible growth model aligned with European best practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The new facility will enable the company to accelerate the implementation of its growth strategy along three main directions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Through this financing, the company is strengthening its capacity to respond to a market undergoing accelerated transformation, in which mobility is increasingly seen as a service, and vehicle usage is gaining ground over vehicle ownership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Founded in 2022, MOOV is one of the fastest-growing companies in the Romanian operational leasing and mobility services market. The company operates through its proprietary digital platform, accessible both online and at partner dealer showrooms across the country, which simplifies the entire process, from vehicle selection to contract signing and management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In 2025, MOOV reported revenue of RON 189.9 million, more than double that of the previous year, while total assets reached RON 535.8 million, reflecting the company’s rapid growth and the consolidation of its market position.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
