Technology company AUMOVIO today announced the completion of the sale of its Mechelen location (Belgium) to the Dumarey Group, following the intention announced on April 20, 2026. Under the agreement, the Dumarey Group takes over the Mechelen plant and its approximately 300 employees while customer relationships of the existing products remain with AUMOVIO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The production of current components will continue for a defined transition period under a contract manufacturing arrangement. Dumarey will progressively introduce new activities and products. In parallel, AUMOVIO will gradually transfer production to other locations within its network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The transaction is part of AUMOVIO\u2019s strategy to optimize its global manufacturing footprint and align production with evolving market conditions. The Dumarey Group has decided to proceed with this acquisition to strengthen and expand its presence in the European market, enhancing its portfolio with additional technical capabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
