The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close by the end of 2026. Both companies have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Headquartered in Adrspach, AUMOVIO\u2019s washer and cleaning business is entirely based in the Czech Republic and employs overall about 700 people. It develops and produces a broad variety of cleaning systems, including window washers, camera, sensor and headlamp cleaning and fluid supply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Munich-based CERTINA Group has more than 25 years of investment experience across a broad range of industries and follows a long-term ownership model.
