The new infrastructure will support partners across the European market and complement Hexing’s existing capabilities in Romania, including its smart meter manufacturing facility, logistics infrastructure and local technical support teams.

“Romania plays an important role in Hexing’s European development strategy. Following the consolidation of our local manufacturing and distribution operations, we are continuing to expand our technical infrastructure and the services we provide to our partners.

For us, being present in the European market means more than simply selling products. It means building a strong local ecosystem that gives our partners access to technical expertise, efficient services and long-term support. The development of this hub represents another step in our commitment to Romania and the European market,” says Xiong Huazhen, Administrator of Hexing Technologies Europe.

One of the main components of the new hub is the Livoltek Repair Center, dedicated to diagnosing and repairing renewable energy equipment, including photovoltaic inverters, energy storage systems and energy management components.

By expanding its local service capabilities and ensuring the availability of spare parts, Livoltek aims to significantly reduce repair times. For equipment that previously had to be shipped to China, the entire process could take approximately four months. With the new local infrastructure, the company estimates that this period will be reduced to two to four weeks, depending on the complexity of the repair and the availability of components.

The hub will also include the Livoltek Demo Center, dedicated to showcasing and testing solutions for energy generation, storage and smart energy management, alongside Hexing’s smart metering technologies for electricity, water and natural gas.

In addition, the Livoltek Training Center will provide installers and technical partners with access to hands-on training, fully operational equipment and simulations of real-world operating conditions, including grid power outages and backup system activation.

By bringing these functions together, Hexing and Livoltek aim to improve the partner experience throughout the entire process, from solution selection and installation to operation and after-sales services.

Energy solutions tailored to residential and commercial market needs

Alongside the development of its technical services, Livoltek continues to strengthen its portfolio of solutions for energy storage, electric mobility and smart energy consumption management.

For the commercial and industrial segment, the company is focusing on its 261 kWh energy storage system, which can be integrated with photovoltaic installations and energy management platforms to optimize self-consumption, manage peak loads and improve energy efficiency.

In the electric mobility sector, Livoltek is promoting its customized 60 kW DC and 22 kW AC charging solution, which combines two charging technologies in a flexible configuration suited to commercial applications, parking facilities and workplaces.

In the residential segment, Livoltek HP1 hybrid inverters, combined with 10 kWh or 16 kWh batteries, offer adaptable configurations designed to increase self-consumption and optimize the use of photovoltaic energy, including in projects developed under Romania’s Casa Verde program, subject to applicable requirements.

“The market is evolving towards increasingly integrated energy solutions, and our partners need both flexible products and specialized technical support. By expanding our portfolio and developing local services, we aim to provide distributors and installers with solutions tailored to their projects and more opportunities for long-term growth,” says Dorin Chisăliță, Sales Director at Livoltek Romania.

The international Hexing Group, present in Romania through Hexing Technologies Europe and its energy solutions brand Livoltek, announces a new phase in the development of its European operations by expanding its technical services and the portfolio of energy solutions available […]

[54,1133,56
