Juan Manuel Mollá to become new Managing Director Lighting at FORVIA HELLA

The Shareholder Committee of FORVIA HELLA has appointed Juan Manuel Mollá as the new Managing Director Lighting and member of the Management Board of FORVIA HELLA, effective 1 March 2026.

Responsibility for the Business Group Lighting is currently held on an interim basis by Bernard Schäferbarthold; Bernard Schäferbarthold will step down from the Management Board of FORVIA HELLA at the end of 15 February 2026.

Juan Manuel Mollá (54) has more than 30 years of experience in the automotive industry and has held various leadership positions at different suppliers and manufacturers during this time. Most recently, the born Argentine served as Chief Commercial Officer at automotive supplier Marelli.
