FORVIA appoints Sébastien Limousin as Executive Vice President of Seating

FORVIA announces the appointment of Sébastien Limousin as Executive Vice President of its Seating Business Group, effective February 16, 2026. He succeeds Stéphane Noël, who has decided to leave the Group to pursue another opportunity at the end of March and will ensure a smooth transition during the coming weeks.

In his new role, Sébastien Limousin will lead the global Seating Business Group with a clear focus on operational excellence, product leadership, and customer satisfaction.

He will report directly to Martin Fischer, FORVIA Chief Executive Officer, who commented: “Sébastien’s appointment comes at a moment when Seating has significant opportunities to accelerate growth and unlock new value for our customers and for the Group. His proven ability to drive innovation and strengthen operational performance makes him ideally positioned to elevate our Seating activities.
