Dacia appointed John Cleworth as Vice President for Product Performance

John Cleworth is appointed Vice-President Dacia Product Performance, effective September 1, 2026. He reports to Katrin Adt, CEO of the Dacia brand, and joins the Dacia Management Committee. He succeeds Sandra Gomez, who has been appointed Chief Product & Program Officer of Renault Group.

John Cleworth has more than twenty years of experience in the automotive industry, gained within Renault Group. A graduate of ESSEC Business School, he has held senior leadership positions across product management, marketing, sales, and revenue management.

After leading several activities related to B2B sales, business development, and carline management, he was appointed Vice President, Revenue Management and Launching Operations for the Renault brand in 2025. In this role, he was responsible for pricing strategy, brand experience, and the launch of new vehicles, technologies, and services.
