Schaeffler Romania launches the Management Trainee program

Schaeffler Romania, production location of the global company Schaeffler and one of the largest employers in the Brașov area, announces the launch of the Management Trainee program, thus adding a new initiative to its training programs, dedicated especially to graduates at the beginning of their careers: Corporate Trainee, dedicated to specialists in various fields, and Trainee DECAR, dedicated to specialists in the field of industrial engineering.

Through this new program, Schaeffler Romania offers talented young graduates the opportunity to develop their leadership skills in a stimulating professional environment.

The Management Trainee program proposed by Schaeffler Romania will allow selected candidates to work alongside members of the company’s top management. The duration of the program is 13 months, and it is mainly aimed at university graduates in fields such as manufacturing, engineering and automation, preferably with two years of experience in the field. Graduates who will successfully complete the program will have the opportunity to occupy management positions within Schaeffler Romania, having the responsibility of leading teams and/or processes.

Interested candidates are invited to specify their preferred career options in the application, from which they can choose from the following fields: Production Management, EHS (Environmental, Health and Safety), Quality, Planning & Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Human Resources, Maintenance , Sourcing, Research & Development and Continuous Improvement.
