Marius Pricop is the new General Manager of Schaeffler Romania

As of September 2024, Marius Pricop has taken over the leadership of Schaeffler Romania’s Brașov location, in addition to his current position as Plant Manager. He succeeds Ștefan Gulacsi-Gologan, who has taken on the position of COO for the Linear Motion business division globally within the Schaeffler Group.

Marius Pricop brings over 20 years of experience within the organization, having held numerous leadership roles in metrology and production quality. He has also served as Quality Director for the Romania location and, in recent years, successfully held the position of Plant Manager for large bearing production at Schaeffler Romania.

Ștefan Gulacsi-Gologan, who has led Schaeffler Romania in recent years, will assume a global role within the Schaeffler Group as COO for the Linear Motion business division.
